We offer a 14 - day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
To process such claims, you must provide:
- A video of the unopened package
- A clear video showing the issue with the product
- The video must be recorded on the day of delivery
After review, we will:
- Arrange an exchange
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is:
- Return your current item
- Place a new order once your return is approved
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
